2026 15U AA/AAA Evaluations

2026 15U AA/AAA Evaluation Schedule

All evaluations will be held at The Dome (334 Energy Way, Red Deer County)
All RDMBA evaluations will be closed, no spectators will be permitted under any circumstances.

Players are required to bring:

• Clean indoor shoes
• All personal equipment including glove, bat, batting helmet, catchers gear etc.
• Water bottle (only water permitted on the field)
• Session 1: Please bring a small, easy-to-eat snack (granola bars or protein bars are great)
• Catchers: Please bring catchers gear

Evaluation Schedule and Process

Session 1: Session 1 evaluations will take place on January 12th, 13th, and 14th. Athletes are required to attend the full four-hour session on their assigned evaluation day, during which they will be assessed across all skill areas
Session 2: An additional 45 min hitting-only session for each player will be held on January 15th

We recognize that this structure is a deviation from our standard evaluation process. However, due to the number of participants and time constraints at the facility, we believe this approach provides the most effective and equitable opportunity for each athlete to demonstrate their abilities. Our priority is, and will always be, to ensure that every athlete is given a fair and comprehensive evaluation.

**Please arrive 20 minutes early to check in, pick up your pinney, and be ready to step onto the field at your designated start time.**
