RDMBA Board of Directors Meetings

Red Deer Minor Baseball Association generally holds a closed Board of Directors meeting on the first Monday of each month.   All meetings are a 7:15 pm start time.  It is asked that if anyone has a critical question, concern or suggestion that they contact a Director well in advance of the meeting date so that the subject is added to the agenda and introduced at the meeting.  If someone would like to present to the board, please contact the secretary to have themselves added to the agenda.  Presenters will be given time at the start of each board meeting to present their ideas/concerns to the board.

The Annual General Meeting is in the winter (December) of each year.  The main purpose of this meeting is to elect a new executive for the next year. All voting members are eligible to run for these positions and to vote in this election.  Any parent may become a voting member by displaying a comittment to the Association throughout the year.  The AGM will be advertised approximately one month prior to the date on this website and in the Red Deer Advocate.
